Strategic sales veteran to drive new business growth, advancing Purchasing Power’s mission to deliver responsible financial wellness solutions for employees
ATLANTA – Purchasing Power, a financial wellness voluntary benefit that offers the leading employee purchase program through the convenience of payroll deduction, today announced the appointment of Jason Steed as Vice President, National Sales & Market Development, effective Aug. 11.
In this role, Steed will be responsible for driving new business growth through Purchasing Power’s channel partners, direct sales, and alternative channels. Steed will oversee a national sales team, focusing on new client demand, identifying client acquisition across various industries, and opening new opportunities to drive revenue.

He previously spent six years at Equifax Workforce Solutions and has more than 30 years of experience in business development, market expansion, and employee benefits strategy and leadership. Steed is a former Vice President & Practice Leader at Pacific Resources Benefits Advisors, where he managed the voluntary benefits practice and developed the company's benefits administration and HR technology practice. He also spent eight years as a Vice President at Beneplace where he further developed experience in Purchasing Power’s core business.
