Purchasing Power announced today it has been recognized as a “Best and Brightest Company to Work For® in the Nation for 2018” by the National Association of Business Resources. The renowned award program acknowledges companies that excel at employee relations, use innovation to motivate employees, implement creative compensation programs and more.
The 2018 national winning companies were evaluated by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key Human Resources measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. Among the areas assessed include compensation, benefits and employee solutions; employee enrichment, engagement and retention; employee education and development; recruitment, selection and orientation; employee achievement and recognition; communication and shared vision; diversity and inclusion; work-life balance; community initiatives; and strategic company performance.
With more than 20 years benchmarking companies that lead in employment standards, the Best and Brightest Program this year honored 512 national winning organizations from across the country out of 2,400 nominations. All companies will be recognized at the National Best and Brightest Summit – Illuminate 2019 symposium and awards gala, Sept. 15-17, in Chicago.
“Having received this recognition for three years now, we are deeply honored to be cited once more for our ongoing efforts to create the best possible cultural environment for our employees,” said CEO Richard Carrano. “Purchasing Power has long realized there is no worthier investment than providing a healthy, satisfying workplace where employees can be inspired to bring their very best efforts on a daily basis.”
