Eleanor Fulton has been named Vice President, Risk Management at Purchasing Power, LLC, one of the fastest-growing e-commerce voluntary benefit companies offering a leading employee purchase program through the convenience of payroll deductions.

In her new role, Fulton is responsible for the strategic oversight of the company’s risk programs with respect to revenue optimization in concert with risk management. She is specifically charged with overseeing all aspects of risk management including underwriting and fraud management, portfolio administration, collections, loss recovery and risk analytics. Fulton also ensures specific internal monitoring and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Additionally, she works closely with the company’s executive team and business unit leaders to collaborate on strategic growth initiatives and planning. Fulton is based at the company’s Atlanta headquarters and reports directly to Scott Rosenberg, Chief Financial Officer for Purchasing Power.

“Eleanor has a wealth of internal knowledge having served in various leadership roles at Purchasing Power and was often a partner/customer of the risk operations function,” said Rosenberg. “Her leadership skills coupled with her customer-centric perspective make her uniquely qualified to lead our risk management team.”

Fulton originally joined Purchasing Power in fall 2007 as director of project management and business intelligence. She was soon promoted to director of operations in 2008, and then head of business operations in 2010, where she managed customer service, customer operations and retail supply chain functional units. Her success and creativity in this role earned her next promotion in 2014 to operational strategy and innovation leader, where she spearheaded cross-functional efforts to expand and improve product offerings, new market growth and customer experience and engagement.

Prior to her tenure with Purchasing Power, Fulton served as IT manager and special projects at Worldspan, a solutions provider of travel technology, electronic data services and content, part of the Travelport GDS business. She also worked as an independent Lean Six Sigma consultant, helping clients construct fact-bases for strategic planning surrounding purchasing behaviors, product mix offerings and operation performance.

Fulton earned her MBA in International Business from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University in Atlanta. She also performed graduate studies abroad at CIMBA Italy at the university department in Asolo, Italy. Fulton additionally holds a bachelor’s degree in physics, math and computer science from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta.

Among her industry and community involvement, Fulton is a board member of the Georgia State University Alumni Association, the board chair of the Robinson Council of Young Business Leaders, and a former volunteer soccer coach with the Atlanta Youth Soccer Association.
